Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

Standard Delivery takes 5-7 days to arrive. Please note that if you purchased a preorder product,
your production and delivery time will vary. Each preorder product will include details about the production timeline on the product detail page.
International Delivery: Typically arrives within 12-18 business days, but it can sometimes take longer. Please utilize the tracking number provided to track your order.
Please allow 3-4 business days for all in-stock orders to ship. Any shortages will be reported immediately. In an effort to ship items out as quickly as possible, multiple piece orders may ship in more than one package.

We strive to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, packages may be lost during transit. If this happens, we’re here to help!
1. Confirming Delivery
Before reporting a lost package, please:
- Verify the shipping address provided in your order confirmation.
- Check with neighbors, family members, or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
- Look around your property for any notices or locations where the delivery service may have left the package.
- If applicable, check with your building’s management office.
2. Reporting a Lost Package
If your package still cannot be found, please contact our Customer Service team within 7-14 business days of the expected delivery date. Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Tracking number (if available)
We recommend that lost packages be reported as soon as possible to ensure timely resolution.
3. Investigation & Resolution
Once your lost package is reported, we will:
- Contact the carrier to initiate a lost package investigation. This process typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on the shipping service.
- Keep you updated on the status of the investigation.
If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we will:
- Offer a replacement of the item(s), or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Exceptions
- The Merch Shops™ by Press Press Merch is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
- For packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer, further investigation will be required, and we may request additional verification from you.
5. Final Steps
If you opted for a replacement and it’s still not received after the second shipment, we will issue a refund as the final resolution.
USPS recommends that you place your order by December 18th for standard Christmas delivery.
Use our 2-Day Shipping via UPS by December 21st to receive your package in time for Christmas.
Exclusions
Please Note: Preorder items are subject to their own established timelines. They may be excluded from Holiday delivery timeframes. Please refer to the specific product page to learn more.
Please note, our team will be taking a Holiday break from Dec. 23rd to Jan. 2nd. Any orders placed during this time frame will be fulfilled once our team returns. Our customer service team will not be available for immediate responses. Enjoy the holidays!
Returns & Exchanges
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return within 30 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Click here to begin your return.
Be sure to have your order number and personal information available. Write your return authorization number on the outside of your box and include the packing slip inside the box. Please be aware that you will be responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
Once your item is received, it will be inspected by our team who will process your refund. The refunded amount will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that credit card payment refunds may take 5-10 days after processing to appear on the credit card statement.
If the returned product is damaged in any way, or if the return was initiated after 30 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team here.

Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page. Please note that all Sale/Clearance merchandise is considered final sale and is not returnable.
Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

To apply a promo or discount code:

• Only one code can be used per order.

Please contact customer service as soon as possible to cancel or change your order. We will do our best to accommodate the request within our processing time (3-4 business days). Please note whether your order is a regular order or a preorder item.

Gift Cards
Yes, Merch Shops digital gift cards are available here. You can purchase a giftcard for yourself or as a gift. Please check the "I want to send this as a gift" box on the gift card product page to input your gift recipient's information. Gift cards are only valid online at Merch Shops™ by Press Press Merch. Gift cards are digital only and may not be used in-person at any event or concert. Once you place your order you will receive your gift card code via email. Gift cards do not expire. Product
Preorder means that the product is not currently in stock and you are placing an order to secure an item before it goes on sale to the general public. Please note that specific delivery timeframes are provided for all preorders. However, please be aware that delays may occur.
Products are available in various size options. Each product page contains information about the garment style and fit. Please see the cooresponding size chart included on each product page. Always check the care label on the garment for specific instructions, as some cotton blends may require special care. Following these guidelines can help prolong the life of your cotton garments and keep them looking their best. Caring for cotton and cotton blend garments like sweatshirts or t-shirts is relatively simple. Here are some general guidelines:
Washing: Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the artwork and outer surface, and prevent fading. Use cold or warm water, as hot water can shrink cotton. Wash similar colors together to avoid color bleeding.
Detergent: Use a mild detergent to clean cotton garments. Avoid using bleach, as it can weaken the fabric and cause yellowing.
Drying: Air drying is the best option for cotton garments to prevent shrinking and maintain shape. If using a dryer, use a low or medium heat setting. Remove the garment promptly to avoid wrinkles.
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, use a medium to high heat setting (depending on the garment's thickness) and iron the garment while it's still slightly damp to ease out wrinkles. Ironing on the wrong side can help protect the fabric's surface.
Storage: Store cotton garments in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging heavy garments, as this can stretch the fabric. Instead, fold them neatly to maintain their shape.
Stain Removal: Treat stains promptly and gently. Avoid rubbing the stain, as this can damage the fabric. Instead, blot the stain with a clean cloth and apply a stain remover if necessary.
Production Time:
All made-to-order products are custom-produced specifically for your order. Please note that this process requires additional time that will be added to our normal 24-48 hour processing timeline.
Shipping Timeline:
Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order products, shipping times will be longer than for ready-made items. After placing your order, our production team will begin creating your item, which typically takes between 7-14 business days. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped, and you will receive a notification with tracking information.
